- The telescopic belt conveyor is mainly used in vehicle loading and unloading and logistics transmission systems with telescopic requirements. It is a continuous conveying equipment that can change the conveying length and conveying height, and has the characteristics of cantilever conveying. It overcomes the influence of the height difference between the transportation equipment and the platform on the loading and unloading. It can reduce labor intensity, reduce the damage rate of goods, and greatly improve work efficiency.
- 1) The telescopic belt conveyor is mainly composed of a fixed frame, a movable frame, a synchronous telescopic thrust mechanism, a belt conveying mechanism, a protective rod mechanism, and a control system. The fixed frame and movable frame are made of manganese steel, and the thickness is generally 6mm/5mm/4mm;
- 2) Smash-resistant section: At the unloading point, the front end of the extension end of the telescopic belt conveyor must be equipped with a non-powered roller with a length of not less than 300mm (built in the telescopic machine), and the surface of the cylinder is galvanized.
- 3) The function of conveying goods while telescoping can improve the conveying efficiency. It has a jog telescopic working mode.
- 4) The front button has a protective baffle, which effectively protects the button and prevents the button from being damaged when the belt conveyor is stretched.
- 5) An anti-collision bar is installed at the front end of the telescopic machine.
- 6) The front end must be equipped with night-lighting LED lights to ensure the brightness of the cabin when loading and unloading the truck.
